Training Auditor and Receptionist/ Administration Officer

January 2014- July 2014 (Short Term Contract)

The ANMF (SA Branch) is as a professional and industrial organisation representing almost 18,000 nurses, midwives and personal care assistants across South Australia. The organisation also incorporates the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Education Centre (ANMEC), a registered training organisation offering training in aged care, nursing and a variety of other health related areas.

Key Responsibilities

As the Training Auditor, the primary purpose of my role was to:

  • Audit student academic files for accuracy and compliance
  • Record and maintain accurate data on VETtrak and associated database systems
  • Maintain student academic files per set standards, including support of audit processes


As the Receptionist/Administration Officer:

  • Meet and greet all nursing students and customer members on site in a friendly and professional way whilst also managing and maintaining student academic files in line with industry regulations and compliance
  • Provide timely administrative support to educators as delegated
  • Engaging with multiple business stakeholder and teaching professionals each day
