I am lucky to be where I am at the moment however I still haven’t found my ‘forever job’.
My résumé is good, my cover letter is good, so why do I fail? It’s the dreaded interview! I am just not good at them!
I am an extrovert by nature, and even though I prepare by doing the obligatory research, I cannot seem to get across that I can add value to the business.

Start building yourself as a brand now so that when that interview does finally land, before you even turn up, you have that competitive advantage over any other potential candidates.
Building your brand is really just about showcasing your expertise. There is a right way and a wrong way to do this – you need to START getting known for what you’re good at and then you need to get it SEEN.
Sometimes people are good at doing stuff, but not good at getting it seen by the people who matter. This is key and you REALLY can’t have one without the other.
Don’t worry introverts, I’m not going to ask you to present at a conference (unless of course this is your thing).
My motto is all about “Get Noticed, Get Hired”. Don’t assume that because you may not be an extrovert that this doesn’t apply to you. I bespoke and tailor my courses depending on your personality, skills and qualities, so we can still find something that will work for you, so check out the Bootcamp Job Club.
